Ellen Shakes Up Her Season Premiere With the SYTYCDers

America's favorite dancers are shaking things up with one of America's favorite talkers.
No, Tyra Banks isn't a last-minute addition to Dancing With the Stars.
The Top 10 dancers from season five of So You Think You Can Dance—yes, that includes winner Jeanine Mason and that adorable Evan Kasprzak—took a break from their tour rehearsals to promote season six join Ellen DeGeneres to help the shimmying funny girl kick off the seventh season of her show.
Let's not forget the hilarity that ensued earlier this summer when Ellen joined Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy at the judges table on SYTYCD. She sang all of their praises and even delivered a bad joke about carpentry and nailing the routine. Well, apparently, the terrific 10 are returned the favor and brought the flavor.
Unlike her usual adorable side slides and head bops, Ellen joined them in a surprisingly lengthy choreographed hip-hop number.
It's awesome.
We can hear Mary's Hot Tamale Train chuggin' down the bend…Woot!
It was so good, we almost forgot about David Beckham and Lady Gaga's appearances.
The only thing missing was the lovable Cat Deeley

What's on Teri's bucket list?

Teri Hatcher plans to accomplish a lot more in life before she dies. The Desperate Housewives star has compiled a "bucket list" of things to do. She's already training for her first challenge - a triathlon. On September 13, Teri will lead a team in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, which will raise money for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. While she has no problem swimming or riding a bike, pounding the pavement is proving to be a challenge for the 44-year-old. "It's the least fun for me," admits Teri about the four-mile run. After the race, she plans to check a few more items off her list. "I want to learn to play a couple of songs on the guitar," she says, adding, "I want to learn a few of those fancy dances from one of those Dancing With the Stars teachers."

George Clooney's Getting Married (It's a Joke)

Sorry, ladies, George Clooney says he's getting hitched, and it isn't to you
At a press conference for the Venice premiere of his latest movie, Men Who Stare at Goats, Hollywood's perpetual bachelor, 48, says that special person is ... Goats director Grant Heslov.
"Grant and I are actually announcing our wedding while we are here," Clooney joked Tuesday. "I don't quite know how to answer that question, but I can read your mind again and I know what you're thinking."
Goats, which also stars Ewan MacGregor, is a comedy about the CIA's program for researching psychic powers. Clooney has been publicly seen on the arm of Italian TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis, and arrived with her at the Venice Film Festival Monday.
But that knowledge didn't stop a male reporter from stripping down to his boxer shorts and a necktie and blurting out to the star: "I'm gay, George. I want you, George! Come with me, George!"
Sometimes people take "a big chance," Clooney responded, smiling. "Only it doesn't really work."

Shawne Merriman: Tila Tequila Appeared Drunk

San Diego Chargers quarterback Shawne Merriman is fighting back against reports he assaulted reality TV star Tila Tequila, saying the media – and Tequila – are getting it all wrong.
"There have been no charges filed against me," he tells FoxSports in his first public comments about the incident. "I will continue to cooperate fully with the [San Diego Sheriff's] Department, and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers."
Tila Nguyen – her real name – made a citizen's arrest of Merriman on Sunday, alleging that he choked and unlawfully restrained her at his home in the San Diego suburb of Poway.
Merriman says he didn't assault Nguyen, and was actually trying to help her.
"I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided," he says. "We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California."
After the incident, in an apparent move to cast doubt on Merriman's version of the story, the diminutive Nguyen wrote on her Twitter account that she's allergic to alcohol – thus the ironic nickname "Tila Tequila." The Tweet later appeared to have been deleted.
