For the second time in three months, thieves have targeted Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home. According to police, the burglars made off with designer clothing and shoes as well as jewelry and a safe. Lindsay discovered the burglary early Sunday morning when she returned home with her younger sister, Ali. Police are currently investigating the break-in. Back in May, surveillance cameras caught would-be burglars attempting to break into the Mean Girls star's residence.By: InTouch Weekly
