As Ellen DeGeneres was announced the new American Idol judge, many were uncertain what Paula Abdul thought about her replacement. While a concerned Ellen called in to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show saying, “I hope Paula’s okay with it,” the ex-judge had nothing but kind words for the comedian. Paula took to her Twitter page to congratulate Ellen on her new gig. “I think Ellen will b a gr8 judge on Idol," she tweeted.
